A. Depending on the package and amount of participants, events can last from 30 minutes to 1 hour or more. We can also customize the duration to better fit your event needs.

Q. What age groups are your dinosaur and fossil dig programs suitable for?

A. Our packages are customizable to suit different age groups, but we suggest the programs are best suited for children ages 3 and up.

Q. Can we customize the activities included in a dinosaur-themed party or school event?

A. Yes, we offer customization to fit whatever activities and experiences you need. Whether it's a birthday party or a school event, we tailor our packages to meet your requirements.

Q. How do you ensure the safety of children during your events?

A. Safety is our first priority. Our team is highly trained, and we ensure all participants are aware of the rules. We provide constant guidance throughout the experience to ensure everyone's safety.

Q. What is included in your authentic fossil dig experience?

A. Our fossil dig experience packages vary, but we guarantee that all fossils are authentic, and the ones you find, you get to take home with you! Yes, 60+ million year old fossils are yours to keep!

Q. How do we book a dinosaur or fossil dig event, and what is the process?

A. Packages are currently available to book online 24/7, 365 days a year. For custom packages or any questions, you can contact us at 725-356-DINO or email us at info@realdinosaurs.com.

Q. Do you require a deposit to reserve?

A. We require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve the date. If the event is canceled 15 days or more in advance, a raincheck in the amount of the deposit is valid for 120 days.

Q. What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our outdoor event?

A. Sometimes we can move our experience indoors when rain occurs. We offer rainchecks for any events canceled due to weather up to 12 hours before the event. Once we arrive, no refunds or rainchecks are valid; full payment is due regardless of weather.

Q. Can all the dinosaurs come to the same event?

A. Yes, we can create a package that includes all of our dinosaurs at the same event.

Q. What are the space requirements for Viva the raptor?

A. Viva requires at least 8 feet in height and 4 feet in width clearance. She is 7.5 feet tall, 13.5 feet long, and 3.5 feet wide. She needs room to turn and move safely.

Q. Can the dinosaurs get wet?

A. No, the dinosaurs cannot get wet. We ensure that our events are planned accordingly to avoid any water damage.
